Have you got an in jury which has bothered you for some time? You may have been to several healthcare practitioners, but you still have issues with it?
You are in the right place to finally getting your issue resolved.
I take time for a deep dive discussing your health. Your alignment and movement pattern are assessed with specific assessments, so both of us understand how you move.
With all this information, we decide together on a programme of therapy exercises.
All personal training appointments are available online via 1-2-1 Zoom sessions or can be attended in person at the Fitness Ways home studio (subject to the latest government guidance*), if you live in the Aberdeenshire area. In addition, after every session all clients will receive a unique 10-minute video recorded specifically for you and tailored to your specific goals.
