Class timetable

All Fitness Ways group classes are conducted online via Zoom and are suitable for all levels of fitness capabilities, including beginners.

The Zoom link is sent to all Enthusiast and Active members prior to the class starting. If you cannot attend a class, you can catch up with exercise class videos in the members area in addition to other content to help develop your health and wellbeing.
